E63AMG headers
The heat expansion of the exhaust system is a very critical factor on these 6.2 engines, and it often leads to the failure of one or more components, if the design does not take it into the proper consideration. The Supersprint headers, with their proprietary free-floating flanges and spring-loaded sealing rings, effectively neutralize all of the heat induced tensions placed on the individual pipes; provide the ideal resistance of the entire system to the thermal cycles, and a maintenance-free, long life.
The simple, yet effective leak-free design makes the Supersprint headers the only real performance headers on the market, which offers the same oem-comparable, or even better reliability in the long term.

Here's a recent install
He opted for the headers, catted front pipes and center x pipe with muffler and retained the stock mufflers.

We do ship to Canada, we can actually ship straight from Italy to you to avoid extra duties.
In regards to the warranty, as a rule of thumb when you started replacing catalytic converters you will most likely have issues with your dealer in regards to powertrain fixes under warranty. If you opt for the cat-back which strictly affects the sound, your warranty will not be affected.

im a newbie when it comes to this stuff...but i listened to your videos with the e63 with various set-ups and the one with the cat-delete sounds insane!!
i was wondering which setup you recommend me,considering i have a lease and dont want to affect warranties?? and when you mention cat-delete is that something the mechanic does himself? or is it part of a set-up you offer??
I ALSO WANT TO RETAIN MY STOCK MUFFLERS....
thanks again

On the image below, that set up would tbe starting from the middle muffler all the way back. The "Race" cat-back would have a X pipe in the middle instead of the resonator for more sound. I would not recommend you delete any cats on your system if you want to remain within the limits of your warranty.
Should you want to delete the cats, you need to use SuperSprint's headers + front pipes (as pictured below with the catalytic converters - we can have front pipes made to delete those catalytic converters). However a full catless system requires to tune the engine and this will affect your warranty as well as added smell from the catless system.
You can see the trade offs of deleting the catalytic converters, you need to weight the pros and cons!

The headers with cat pipes and race X pipe picked up over 50whp to the rear wheels! It could be a viable option for you - but the catalytic converters of SuperSprint are hand made in Germany by HJS and are expensive.
