I bought my car a couple of months ago and am enjoying every minute of it. previous car was an M5, I live in Los Angeles CA and was looking to find some shops that do MODS for the E63 and if anybody knows any good shops any help is much appreciated and i will post some pics of the car later today.

 

first congrats on the car! what kind of M5 did you own, E60 if so how do you like the torque on the 63?

I had the E60 M5 when i first drove the 63 home i was scared of pressing the gas pedal the power is noticeable as soon as you press the gas i'm just enjoying every minute of it

Yes it is CPO only had 8500 Miles it still is a brand new car pretty much

I also went from an E60 M5 to a CPO 2010 E63 with 9K miles last month.

Not as "raw" as the M5 but still the low end is really nice. How about that exhaust note? Heaven!

Looks good! Looks identical to mine, except I opt for the 18" wheels due to the midwest road condition, and my state requires no front plate. Lovely iridium silver, isn't it?!

CPO is the way to go. Are you going to get the extended warranty?

 

I didn't get the extended warranty the car is still covered under the manufacture warranty until next year june or july 2013 then i will get the extended warranty.

For the MB factory extended warranty, just remember you have 30 days (never mind, just saw you got it a couple of months ago) from the day of purchase to get the heavy discount on factory extended warranty. Moreover, the factory extended warranty is fully refundable up to the day when it kicks in, then pro-rated afterward.

Also remember you can call around for price and purchase the extended warranty at any dealer.
