I think currently MB does model change around every 7 years. I hope MB will drag it out like the W126 for 12 years.

I think he means is there a list of the changes from one model year to the next.

I haven't seen one, but I'm sure the collective wisdom of the board can help put a definitive guide in place.

im only curious specifically for 2010-2012 E63 AMG exterior, interior, engine changes

Not the expert but right off the bat, 2010 & 11 have the NA V8 while the 2012 changed to the bi-turbo V8. Cosmetic changes werent significant but there are a few. I'm surprise the web didnt turn up something for you but try Edmunds and aol cars - i've had decent luck there before.

From what I know 2011 E63 come with leather (mbtex) upper dashboard and piano black accent trim pieces where as 2010 E63 with regular upper dashboard and silver accent trim pieces.

Also Alcantara headliners starting with 2011MY, while MY2010 has cloth type headliners. I remember reading somewhere that 2011- models have more angular quad exhaust even though I can't really tell the difference.

In addition to the engine change starting with 2012, the standard wheels in the US market become 19" (non-forged). And of course there is a lot of revision in the optional packages, ie LSD gets taken out of the performance package and priced separately.
