The differences over the standard E-Class are really subtle to my eyes. A little disappointing, since IMHO the AMG features should stand out.

The grill is much better over 2013, by my 2 favorite features are gone: the gills on the sides of the front bumper cover, and the pontoon flares over the rear wheels.

I also have a fondness of the ponton line that has now disappeared over the rear quarter.

The offical image is not too bad. I think the dual closely spaced horizontal AMG signature grill bars help make the grill look better. I still don't like the single housing headlight unit. Regardless, the wagon form of it almost for sure will be in my garage in 2017 when I trade in my current ride. Hopefully the design will look better in person and grow on my by that time.

On the other hand, that red wagon's grill is still nasty.
