Couple of questions
I've been offered a fantastic deal on the new 2013/14 (4WD) E63. I have a couple questions though which i'd appreciate answers to.
1.) What average MPG do you get? (Urban & highway)
I know this will be different to the new model but I wanted a ball park.
2.) how many services have you had to do?
Thanks, Billy
Driving like a douche in the city most of the time drops that down to avg 11-13MPG!
2) I brought mine in around 1500km's and changed the LSD oil as per the big *** sticker on the windshield and also changed the engine oil. I also brought it in to check out the "Check Engine" light last week and the computer read that it was a the pre cat O2 sensor. cleared fault and it came back on yesterday. So with next week's service it'll be 3 times.
Hope that helps!

) is it the 6.2 or 5.5?Thanks
Highway cruising was pretty boring and straight. Usually 65-80 MPH, light traffic here and there, but no stop and go stuff.
City driving is usually driven pretty hard.... cant' help myself sometimes....

the 2013 is the Twin Turbo 5.5
Once you start driving the thing, the only time you'll think about fuel mileage is when you're filling it up with premium and you get the eye watering bill! Price you pay for having this much fun! Trust me, my wife had a prius and I'm surprised I'm not dead from falling asleep at the wheel that damn thing was so boring! You won't regret your purchase!

I figured you must be somewhere in Europe since US pricing hasn't even been announced.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
And the initial press release by MB in Jan seemed to be for UK and all references to 4matic were expunged.
City driving depending on how much traffic about 15-16 if you're in the burbs. In, NYC I get 12-14mpg. Imagine that the 5.5 is a bit better than that.
Hoep this helps

I hope it will be slightly more efficient, I checked the brochure and it claimed around 38MPG on highway, sounds more like it!
