Throttle Response

Just picked up a 2010 e63 to replace my 2006 cl55. Does anyone know of a product that will improve the throttle response. Big difference from my cl55 to e63; when I nail it a low speeds. There is a delay then it takes off......I assume this is normal. Thx

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Well known possibly due to the adaptive tranny memorizing previous owner's driving habit. I would suggest taking it to a dealer to have them do a ecu reset, or disconnect the battery overnight or something.

Otakki do u have any idea what your talking about?

Search the sneaky reset for transmission. It deletes short term memory. And run 2 tanks of 15 gallons of 20 gallon techroline. I'm telling u from experience.

Car is like butter now.

From what I have read, there is no more user-selectable reset from the menu. I disconnected the battery terminal to my car overnight and it seemed to make a noticeable difference. Try it and report if it really works.

I think what it means - get a the Techroline for 20 gallons but do it on 15 gallon tank - twice

make it more concentrated.

Black '10 E63
I highly doubt a fuel additive will rectify the infamous throttle delay.

To the OP, many have successfully utilized the Sprint Booster to eradicate the electronic throttle delay. You can do a search on the the forum to read others experiences with it. It may be worth a try if you're so inclined.

EDIT: You may want to call the manufacturer as I don't see a unit listed for the E63.
