These punks can't even put two cars in equal terms. They have to pick a biased match that favors Audi. They are putting a RS6 Audi(AWD) vs e63 AMG on a wet road.

Why not putting the AMG E63 AWD? why do we have to deal with incompetent car magazine editors/writers that can't even figure out the most basic car categories. AWD with AWD... RWD with RWD..FWD with FWD.

You put a Miata RWD with a Subaru BRZ and hyundai RWD

then you put a Ford focus ST FWD vs a VW GTI vs Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 FWD

But don't put a fuking RS6 on a wet road with a RWD E63, they just don't add up, put the 4-matic version..dumb ***!!

The 4-Matic E63 is not available in the UK....otherwise I agree... doing the drag race on a wet track is completely unfair...they should have waited for a dry day.

I think he still preferred the E63 after all that.

My point is that how fair is this comparo?..not fair at all. It initially gives the Audi folks the bragging rights and it gives the MB owners the disrespect. It is a bad way to start a comparo, wrong road conditions and a mismatch or cars.

I see it as a clear way to discredit Mercedes Benz. Cadillac did the same thing when they put a Cadillac Escalade against a MB C300. I owned a C300 and a C63, I know what that means.

Cadillac never made a video of their Escalade vs a GL 63 AMG..that is what is up!!! it is malicious propaganda

The comparo was fair when taken in the context it was done in England with the cars available to english drivers. It would be like BMW fans in England getting pissed because someone in the US pitted the US spec 2014 E63 S model 4matic against an M5 with rear wheel drive and then talked about how the AMG was faster to 60 and in the 1/4. The english BMW fans would ***** that the E63 isn't an AWD car in England so the comparison is crap.

Just wait till the US journalists get the new S model and can drive it with the M5 comp package and then the RS7 in early 2014. Those are the comparisons I want to see.

yeah its going to be close, i wish audi would do an RS6 sedan here in the U.S. that would be awesome!!

I thought the review was relatively straight forward. It's obvious the Audi would benefit from AWD traction, but the 63 trumps it for driveability as was pointed out.

RS6 is an awesome machine, clearly my choice between the two as well. It sucks we can't get it in the usa, i'd be in one right now.
