Tuning my 2014 E63 S
Hi everybody,
I just picked up my new E63S and I'm planning on doing downpipes, tune and filters and I'm looking for opinions on different companies. I'm leaning towards Weistec, AMS Performance or Eurocharged. Please give me your thoughts and opinions. The reasons I am considering AMS is because they tuned my Nissan GTR and they are very close to me and the tune would be a custom dyno tune and not just remotely sending my ECU out to somebody and I have a friend who has a Weistec C63 Black Series and its just an awesome car and he has had no issues and also I know people who are happy with their work from Eurocharged.
Thanks
Asad

havent seen any other tuner make those numbers on a mustang dyno with a tune only.
downpipes on a dyno jet will read 640ish,
i have 10k on my car and 8k on my tune, no issues yet except for 1 bad plug at 5k, good luck with the car its a sick ride.

I had a custom Eurocharged tune and cannot say enough about Jerry and his team.
However,if AMS is close to you, I think it is worth going with them so if you have any issues, it will be easier to deal with.
Congrats on your purchase.

Sounds like Eurocharged is the most reasonably priced out of all the tunes. Thought about getting my Biturbo Eurocharged if I could get it done for that $899.00 deal.

On that brand new car I would not "skimp" on tune for $ savings. AMS or Renntech or weistec. IMO.
Saying that I'm not saying EC is bad but have had issues. I think I would go with who is closest. GL. Sick ride.

Jerry at Eurocharged is number one in my book. He tuned my E63 great and candidly recommended I save the money on tuning my SLS ( " factory tune is really close already " ). Hard to find such honesty/candor these days.

Its a no brainer, you are local to AMS and have history with them. I always want to tune with someone local and the bonus is prior good service.
Weistec is close to me in Orange County so I would go there all day- Steve is a great guy but I understand why you would go with AMS.
