another acceleration stumble scenario

so ive noticed a few times, while driving in S + that is if am going for instance traffic light to traffic light with some "excitement", not flooring it but maybe 50-75% foot down, on the 2nd or 3rd time, the car gets extrememely jerky, like in 2nd gear, and then finds it way out of it....any one else

Yeah I have the same thing, I just really dont pay much attention to it, I figure that its just the computer struggling. Once I put in into C the gearbox goes back to being smooth so in my mind its ok every once and a while. I am just speaking out of what I think and know, It may very well be a problem. The hole in the armor of the AMG line up for a while has been the slowness and lack of fluidness of the gearbox compared to other companies. I think that this is what they (Chris Harris/ Car Magazines) mean by that. I could be wrong though and both of our gearboxes could be screwed.. If anyone has any other info would greatly appreciate it

it thinks you are racing and being prepared, so it doesn't shift and keeps holding the gear to wait and see what will your action be , and if it feels your cooling off a bit after couple of seconds 10 - 20s it will shift normally understanding the driver is not going to floor it. it does it so that if you press pedal 75% it doesn't need to downshift. and if you keep it steady for a while, it will upshift and car will jerk ( jumping feeling )

I recently picked up by 63 S and am experiencing the same issue. Have not driven the car enough to say weather its a problem or it needs to be broken in or something like that.

I will mention it when I go in to pick up my plates next week.

What bothers me is pulling on the paddles and nothing happening, some times I have to pull it 3 or 4 times to get it to downshift. My M5 seemed to remember how many times I pulled on the paddle and down shifted when the required rpm was meet. Anyone else have this problem or are my paddles not functioning right.

Same stumble "issue" a couple times only in s+ and only in stop and go traffic, comfort mode was fine

This one doesn't bother me as much because it's rare and the rest of the ride makes me grin.... Curious to see if they have a software update for this

From time to time when slowly accelerating from a stop in any mode, c s s+, I hear a slight sound that seems like the clutch engaging... This is new to me as I've never had an mct... Is that pretty normal? Drives fine
