New Product-W212 E63 Pre Face Lift Carbon Aero Parts Sedan/Wagon
We are happy to release our Carbon Fiber Aero Products for the Pre Face Lift W212 E63 Sedan and Wagon. We have the front splitter and rear diffuser in stock. The deck lid spoiler for the sedan will be coming in the next couple months. Like all RENNtech aero parts they are designed 100% in house and are built using Pre Preg Carbon Fiber technology that gives a OEM like fitment and durability second to none. What exactly is prepreg carbon fiber?
- Prepreg is widely known as the finest process in carbon fiber manufacturing and has been used for aerospace and military applications because of its superior consistency in weight, thickness, fitment, resin, carbon layout, and overall quality.
- Lower cost carbon fiber uses a wet-layup method which results in components of inferior, strength, appearance and overall quality. To create prepreg fiber is pre-impregnated (hence the name) with resin at a production facility, rolled on spools, and frozen to prevent the resin from curing prematurely. This material is then cut and hand laid into a mold to the proper thickness and cured at strictly controlled temperatures. This process creates a laminate with a precisely controlled resin volume and in turn is 20-30% stiffer and stronger than an equivalent thickness wet laminate process.
- The pre-impregnated (prepreg) fiber method creates stiffer, stronger laminates with controllable, predictable results and the result is a consistent, tight fiber weave which not only looks amazing, but adds strength. This ensures our customers receive components which not only look good on the vehicle standing still, but won’t crack, warp, fall off or fade when mounted to the exterior of their vehicle after six months or while driving at high speed.

Well we will be here when you're ready to go.
The PrePreg carbon is a big part of what makes these more then most others on the market but we want a part that won't turn yellow over time, wont flex under high speeds and we want our aero parts to fit like OEM so we take the time to design and build them right.

Thank you. Yes we will be working on parts for the 2014 models. The first thing to come out in the deck lid spoiler as that will fit 2010-2014 then the diffuser and front splitter. I do not have dates yet but we are working on it for sure.

Awesome that's good to hear Mike! I'll be getting the Factor Exterior Carbon Fiber Package on my E63 Wagon but I'd like to get the lower diffuser in CF which is currently just black plastic. Hopefully you'll make something that will just fit into that slot without replacing the whole rear unit.
