2015 E63S order help needed
I'm looking at getting a 14/15 E63. Having trouble deciding between this and the M5.
Trying to decide if the S model is worth the extra money as I will be tuning the car anyway?
If I get the S model the options I want are
-Night styling
-Pano roof
-Lane tracking
Does the car come standard with parktronic? I don't need all the cameras
MSRP comes out to 104,780$, and it looks like invoice is 97,511$
What should I be looking to pay for this car?

If your tuning I just recommend the non S and as UCLA95 stated add in the Limited Slip.
I would say get the E63 We have owned a F10 M5 as a shop car she was great R.I.P
But the E63 really did catch my eye when we worked on it and test drove it

S vs Non-S...if the other included extras are worth it, is up to you. Limited slip, totally worth it. Red brakes, wheels, alcantara wheel, lighted sills...up to you. I am not planning on tuning so it was a no brainer for me.
Car comes with backup camera and parktronic. Surround view is $800. I think it is totally worth it.
Make sure you want pano...several threads on the "clunk" issue. I tried to add it after my order went in and I couldn't and was disappointed until the car came in. Glad I didn't spend the $1100.

2015 E63 DOG is now available.
There are now significant appearance and performance differences between base and S Model for 2015. Some are carryovers, but much of it is new.
Wheels. Silver 10 spoke versus Titanium 10 spoke
Exhaust tips are different.
Trunk spoiler optional on base.
Sport steering wheel optional on base
Lighted sill plates optional on base
Splitter now body color on base versus blacked out on S
Rocker panels in body color on base
Red brake calipers on S versus gray on base
Affalterbach logo embossed on headrest on S
Silver stitching and seatbelts on S
It appears that Night Styling is not available on base. And now window chrome trim is blacked out when equipped. Wagon gets blacked out roof rails.
LSD is no longer available on base.
CCBs not available on base.
Then there's the HP and Torque differences.
There are now significant appearance and performance differences between base and S Model for 2015. Some are carryovers, but much of it is new.

I don't think we're allowed to do that. The PL has some strict rules on sharing info outside of that site.
Someone else might be willing to risk their PL membership, tho.
US prices increased about $1K for each of the three models.
Cardinal red now available for $360
The rest seems unchanged.

anyone who has an AMG on here can sign up for the lounge, just need to have the vin for your AMG! i saw the guide yesterday, literally minimal changes, i think the night package now makes the trim around the windows black, and you can get different dinamica colors

There were reports (Motor Trend) that the power and torque claims for the 14 were under rated so after break-in I put the car on the dyno and the crank numbers for mine are 629 HP instead of the 577 and 640 TQ instead of the 590 advertised so your dream is a reality, at least in my case.

Dealer is telling me I can order a Non-S 2015 with the night styling pack and black wheels, some on this forum have said no.
What's the number is should be looking for with this car? How much over or under invoice?

The best deal that anyone's posted here is $1,500 over invoice and 5% off MSRP. Both of those deals net to around the same discount but you've got to find a dealer willing to play ball with you.

Lease will be base buy rate money factor without a mark up and $795 acquisition fee (the unmarked up base price).
There are better deals to be had on the BMW M5 (was offered $1000 over ED invoice for ED) and the money factors are lower than MB leases. But to me the AWD and the great power and greater tuning potential are well worth the difference in payment. I live in New York and have one car. Would not want to be sliding around in the snow in a tuned 670 bhp rear wheel drive M5 even with snows. Can we say fishtailing and traction control cutting off power??

^ That is true M5 is older than E63 therefore you have more room for negotiation. Plus money factor and residual are better than what MBFS is offering right now. But for me the choice is made
