Ideal wheel offset and tire size for E63

Hi Guys, I'm relatively new to this platform and would appreciate some advice on what offsets i should go with. Ive gone through the following threads and couldn't find a solid answer:

I want to go as wide as possible and as aggressive as possible without rubbing. I will not be lowering my car so with that in mind, what offset should i go with.

Upon further research seems like this may be the sizes I'm going with:

Wheels:
20x9 +30
20x10.5 +45

Tires:
265/30/20
295/25/20 pilot super sports

I know its a little wide in the from but I think it would work. anyone run this setup?

Just noticed on Tire Rack that the stock Conticontact5P are also available as a 295-30-19.
Same 26" dia as the fronts and 1/2" more thread width at 11.2" vs 10.7" for the stock 285-30-19. Seems like a nice replacement size on the OE wheel.
