Just got my new E63 S AMG! Quick Gopro video of it
hello to everyone on the forum! Just got my first Mercedes and it turned out to be a E63 S. The car sounds amazing for a sedan and its pretty quick. Just made a quick and dirty video of the cars exhaust from inside and out of the car for other to check out. One thing i really like about the car is that if you give it 100% throttle it really opens the exhaust note up, you can see in the video. More vids to come when I track the car! I just took it easy cause it was public roads, still waiting to finish breaking into the car

yeah its hard to keep the break in promise of under 4k rpm and no downshifts, im almost past 1k though and then afterwards can actually do some driving where it is safe of course
used a skeleton casing and just a suction cup mount for it, thats why my angles are little off, didnt have an extension arm around

haha Cool vid. Love the sound. When I jumped from my C63 into 2014 E63, I found the sound to be relatively subdued. But then again, it has that rasp that is deeper than the N/A 6.2 engine. On cruising, the 2014 E63 sounds audibly louder. Awesome vid. Congrats on the car. I am glad I switched over.

I deleted my resonator on my 2010 and it never affected my warranty. Service techs even commented on the job, and loved the work.
There is a recent thread on this forum about it. I thought it costs around $200 but it varies. Since you are in Cali, I'm sure the cost of doing that will be higher. Someone has mentioned it wouldn't void warranties but I'm alway suspicious since the dealer service like to blame any problems on anything you do.
