AMG won't use runflats. So even if it didn't have a spare, you'd get the fix a flat kit. But the guide didn't specify any differences in the B&O config for the USA so I'd still assume it's the separate spare on the floor of the trunk (that's removable).

Interesting. I have a US spec 14 non B&O (love the sound of the one in my Audi, but I need the trunk space) with no bump in the trunk. It was a European delivery, but I doubt that would have an impact.

I stand corrected. I took another look at the trunk of my mother's W212 E350 RWD and there is indeed a small hump in the back of the trunk. Obviously her car does not have B and O. So B and O does not cause that hump.
My mother's trunk has the Comfort Box. That option also reduces trunk space on top as it hangs from the top. I wonder if B and O consumes any more space from the top than the comfort box.
