If you're in the US, you were shorted. MY14's E63S' only came with one, but the 15's were supposed to have two.
The dealer should make that right.
From the 2015 DOG (I can't post more, else the AMG PL police might come down on me)

I too received only one (1) when I picked up my E63 Wagon on November 15th. I've just send the sales rep a message that I want the 2nd one... I even said something when I picked up the vehicle -- but they assured me that only one (1) came with the car. I would really like to have the 2nd one.

Only got one with mine in the tin, but the tin was opened. Another question for all. The Night Style on this car only does the black on the lowers. if you build the car on the site the rails on the roof and all the trim around the windows are blacked out...do you know when they changed it?

UPDATE: I sent a quick eMail to my sales guy at RBM of Atlanta and said "the dealer ordering guide states that I would receive two (2) AMG crested key covers -- can you confirm?" He's a great guy and responded that he sees the same thing and doesn't know why they were sent only one. He's already mailed the second one to me. This is what I would expect from Mercedes.
FURTHER UPDATE: My sales guy at RBM of Atlanta sent me the 2nd AMG crested key cover FedEx overnight. I just opened the tin can and installed it on my 2nd key.
