On the fence about a 2009 e63 or a 2010 e63

Any input would be great, i heard the 2009 e63 was solid because all of the kinks were mainly resolved however the 2010 looks sweet too.. Im new the forum and i appreciate any feed back. I will definitely get a tune and the intake done for now. what do you guys recommend

I did have one but it was destroyed by a flood in a parking garage.. I could believe it when me and my wife went to get the car

i drive them all, fast and hard

i had the same dilemma when i was moving up from my c320....first was to get a c55, then a 2009 e63, and then i was like why not a 2010 E63

ended up with a 2012 brand new...go figure

2014 E63s 1993 mazda rx7 on Boost

2010 newer body and tech.

but I would look for 2011 to get the newer cams the M156 motor seem to have an issue with.
or wait and save a bit more and 2012 turbo

Can't the default be changed to "off" via DAS/Xentry ?

Was that start/stop feature deleted/changed in a later model year ?

I wouldn't buy a 2010 AMG if my life depended on it. Number of major issues including Head Bolts and camshafts amongst several others. Look at something else.
