What Exhaust are you guys running on your 2010 e63

Eisenmann or Meisterschaft, or should just run the long tube header and call it a day

OK sound is in the ear of the beholder!!! There are lots of vids online so the only thing I will say is this:

This is an E63, removing the resonators makes a subtle but very good difference. This is a german super saloon, not a Mustang or Integra...don't go over the top. My .02.

2006 E320 CDI 2014 C63 507 Coupe 2012 E550 4M 2016 E63s Wagon
2010 is 6.3L M156, my favorite RWD W212 E63. I would think you could almost do a progression to get the right sound

1. Remove 2nd cat/ resonator.
2. Get C63 mufflers
3. Long tube headers (MBH tri-Y are my fav, but the AR/MHP 4-1 is popular too).

Adding headers will require a tune to run properly, but will give a nice HP gain.

One one hand an E is a stately sedan so making it really loud is more out of character than making say a C63 coupe loud. On the other hand it is more well insulated so you need to make it loud to hear it. I would probably do 1&2 and see how it sounds.

Ok it seems like most guys are running the American Racing long tube headers, X pipes and cats and leaving the stock exhaust. Feed back please
