This is more of a wheel issue for me rather the calipers to keep clean, but I think it'll help if it's dust free.

I'm getting it just be I'm a clean freak so I like to have my car spotless when I'm taking the car out. I have the OE 10 spoke wheels and they are a bi.ch to clean.

Hope this helps.

Not to be a smart *** but Carbon Ceramic Brakes will solve that problem...besides the incredible braking performance, they are almost always clean....but another solution that I was extremely happy with was Armor All Wheel Protectant. It's a little pricey but if you use it correctly it works awesome. I bought a case of it for my BMW, it not only keeps your wheels clean but also your calipers

After 15 plus years of track days in Porsches and massive amounts of brake dust, this was the product many of us found that worked the best:

S 100 Wheel Cleaner S 100 Wheel Cleaner

The S 100 Total cycle cleaner works as well and is available in more economical gallon size. The major difference is the wheel cleaner is a thicker gelled product that stays in contact longer. The Total Cycle Ceaner is thinner and heavy dust build up may take two sprays. Both products are basically spray on and let sit and then rinse off.

Thank you. I was doing research before I got my AMG and found the ceramic brakes only stops the carbon ceramic brakes equipped equipped AMGs 2 feet faster than the standard AMGs and for $12,000+. I would rather clean the wheels everyday. I can't comment about less brake dusts on the ceramic brakes, but I would not be surprise, but again that is a $12,000+ price tag I could live without.

I will try the Armor All Wheel Protectant and see how that helps. Many thanks.

Thank you KarlG. I will most definitely give that a try.

Any luck with the AMG key fob cover ? If not, I bought 2 of the AMG key chain cover you said you like. I'm using one of them, but the wife doesn't care for it so for $25 without shipping. It's your. It is brand new. Receive it, put it on my wife's key FOB and it was taken off without being use.
