not really funny in any way. they were probably multi-part expensive wheels as well.


First, the real Rat Rod builders often use a 4 x 4 and a 2 x 4 to set ride heights. They build to the 5 inch clearance of the two and when they take the 2 x 4 away the sag is meant to be 1.5" leaving a ride height of 3.5"
Did these guys have a plan to make it into a Rat Rod!!
Second, years ago I was paying my bill in a roof top restaurant in Windsor Ontario and was watching a Z28 pull in on the top deck of the parking garage below beside my car.
I got up, went directly onto the elevator, went down 25 floors and out to the car. The wheels on the Z28 were gone and it was up on crates.
Thieves are even faster today with back pac air packs and impact wrenches so locks are a must.
Freakin idiot thieves leaving the rotors.
