Don't want to start another thread.
Anyone can help me with performance oriented brake pads? Something that can take more heat but not squeal like hell on the streets. It's a family e63 family wagon.
May need to swap the rotors soon too. 14.2" 360mm front and rear. slotted performance rotors.

Will save you a ton of weight and will perform much better than stock. They are servicable correctly vented directionally to cool unlike OEM.
Let me know if you would be interested in pricing.

looks like you only have oem or oem replacement for both pads and rotors. I'm looking for more performance oriented setup. Thanks
Sure pm me. but I'm more in needing for brake pads. I've heard that you guys carry Endless pads. Anything for my application? My Rotors are still surviving for now.

I can get you Girodisc slotted 2 piece rotors for the front and rear.

Check this thread with in-depth & long term review (installed more than 3 years ago) and see how RB two piece rotors work for this E63:
https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...cingbrake.html
Of course OE is the default replacement, but we all know how they hold and last, some recent pictures taken from an S63 in a parking lot with these familiar "wavy" formation.
Note the wear is so un-even that now you can see the drill holes are noticeable to be in different sices:
Another recent RB two piece installation on C63:
Used rotors
RB two piece:
The rust prevention paint on disc surface will disappear after just a few stops, what's remained will protect the rotor from rusting.
You can read the full review on installation here:
Rotors and pads kit for C63AMG from RB
Another review on RB two piece for C63, and this owner already noticed how These grooves and lips developed on the OE's soft rotors can affect the performance:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...ml#post6428211
RB two piece rotors converting/replacing Corvette ZR1's OE Carbon Ceramic rotor gets the same rust prevention treatment:
RacingBrake is the only brake company certifies our rotor material is made to SAE standard, with a hardness of 200+/- BHN.
We guarantee our rotor will outlast any competitions' rotors including OE by at least 2-3 times (regardless it's one or two piece, street or track). Just make you don't use ceramic base brake pads, as it's made to produces less visible dust, it's favored by aftermarket replacement but it's too soft to be compatible with our strong rotors.
We bundle our rotors with "ET500" (XT910 optional) performance street pad for a total driving enjoyment with no squeaking and low dust that most MB owners having been seeking for.
Racing Brake makes me happy

"e63amg4life" inquired us about the Stainless Steel brake lines for his E63.
This is a very smart idea in bringing this upgrade idea up as his brakes are getting replaced. In fact we did the same for ML63 and here is the review:
- New ML63 Modification: RacingBrake Stainless Steel Brake Lines (Smoked Black) -
This is the first time that a stainless brake line is made available for ML63 and this member is very happy with what he did.
We normally only include SS brake line in our aluminum caliper brake kits, but will make this brake line available as an option.
Stainless steel brake line has been a very popular upgrade in motorsports communities, only 2nd to brake pads.
Stainless Steel braiding is made for exceptional abrasion and corrosion resistance, will not expand with heat and provides a more consistent firmer pedal over OE rubber hose - definitely a good investment.

Ok after some research I've heard of some brake failure issues with RACING BRAKE and nothing but positive news regarding Girodisc! I think I may go with Girodisc. Anyone running Girodisc please chime in

I run Girodiscs on all of my AMG cars and haven't had a single hiccup or complaint about the performance. Let me know if anyone want's pricing on them. Rear rotors are now available from Girodisc as well for those interested in doing all 4 corners.

MBWorld Fanatic!
The very reason i purchased 2 piece rotors front/rear for my 211 wagon - and the customer service from Girodisc is top notch

I did my research on both companies and I going with Girodisc for all for corners, one question about brake pads? Which is the best set to use? Porterfield RS-4 or Carbotech. I know both of them or low dust I want to make sure it grabs the same way as stock with no noise. Keep in mind there will be no tracking with this car at all

E63 stock two piece replacement rotor kit:
360x36 front (same as C63)
360x26 rear (same as C63 black series)
http://www.racingbrake.com/RB-Two-pi.../mb-irk-21.htm
We can offer an upgrade brake kit (same as we offer for C63 upgrade to Black Series), but since the E63 rear is already 360x26 (same as BS), so only the front will overse to 390mm (from 360mm).
The idea is to have one stone kills two birds - upgrade to front BBK while doing replacement while retain the use of OE calipers (front and rear).
So essentially it will be the same stock size rotor kit as C63 BS, plus a pair of caliper adaptor to space out OE front calipers for 390mm big (estd $300/pair): Total kit ~$3,300.
http://www.racingbrake.com/Mercedes-.../mb-irk-01.htm
RB light weight aluminum alloy adaptor will enable your OE calipers to accommodate for 390mm rotors
We will add this upgrade item to our web and post up the official link.
This will be a significant brake upgrade for all E63 owners (2010+)* when their brakesdue for replacement or upgrade, while keep everything stock (caliper & pads), yet at a cost only fraction of a dealers' brake job.
This upgrade brake kit may require 20" wheels although some 19" aftermarket wheels may also fit like this installation on C63:
* For 03-09 E63 the rear is also oversized 360mm rotor so it requires a pair of 360mm calipers:

I have made a serious error by posting a brake failure about a forum member saying that he experienced a problem when really his mechanic did not install the kit correctly causing the failure to happen.
