E63 AMG S MCT Shudder?
I was wondering if anyone would be able to weigh in on this:
I have a new E63 amg s, and the car is phenomenal. The only thing I have noticed is that when accelerating lightly from a stop in Comfort mode there is often a shuddering noise in the car coming from the back end.
I have been told by a mercedes tech that this is just a vibration from the MCT reverberating through the drive shaft, which is apparently normal in cars with the AMG MCT.
Does anyone else experience this? Is the tech's explanation correct?

Totally normal (but also totally annoying!!), gets a little worse when driving for a while and on hot days, can feel this slightly in s and s+ too

Yes, normal. It almost feels a little like a Standard Trans when you lug the motor a little bit when starting out is the best way I can describe it.
