Weistec tune on e63s. (Plugs/tune/filters)

New here switching from an 07 Audi rs4 v8(n/a)(full bolt on) to an e63s. I'm new to the biturbo world so bare with me if I'm asking repeated questions. I'll be picking up my 16' e63s Friday and was wondering who has the weistec tune with plugs and filters? And how did it feel compared to stock.

Any dyno/ 1/4 mile times/numbers out there compared to ams and renntech?

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ecu tune; edok tcu tune; BB intakes; dyno tuned
I have yet to read any post where someone discussed their weistec tuned e63S

Everything has been ams, rebellion, eurocharged or renntech

i have it, along with muffler delete. Completely transforms the car! I see the most power after 60, or from a 20/30/40 roll, hard to tell 0-60. but its a beast! I just pulled on a Murcie the other....ON WINTER TIRES! I'd recommend enjoy the car stock for a little bit as i did, and then do that package! I'll send you to my guy over at Weistec in cali if you like??

I deal with Andy and Sean over there. Great guys. I'm on the fence with ams or weistec

lots of posts on Weistec.
~600 pounds of torque at the rear, about 600 hp at the wheels.
Use their air filter(not their box and air filter) and spark plugs.

My car is a Cls63 came with a renntech tune when I bought it. I never actually drove the car in stock form. You will find from most tines will give you around 100 whp which is a drastic difference from stock. Choosing the tune/tuner is up to personal prefference. Im in south fl. So im comfortable with renntech being 1 hr from me.

Others on the westcoast do with weistec etc. All of the tuners are pretty reputable. Eurocharge, Renntech, Weistec , Ams. Choose one and enjoy the car.. Post pics when u get it.

well i personally don't drive it too often but my dad prefers posting on fishing forums than amg forums ( ) so i'll come here to stay up to date lol

i was gonna say if you get yours tuned to let me come by and get a ride in it haha cuz he's talked about getting a tune in the future (once the warrantys up and everything) and if i could get some perspective from a tuned car and be able to go back and say "YES! it's totally worth it to get the tune and general drivability is unaffected" that'll help my case. the car needs to be tesla proof and in totally stock form it isn't lol

So far these motors and trannys are good. No issues except the plugs and that's an easy fix to put aftermarket ones in. I plan to tune mine at 2k miles. I'm at 350 now. Mercedes dealers by me are cool with it
