[help needed] e63 NA not starting, electrical
Went to start this afternoon with the push start and just hear a single "Click" when it would normally start up. The rest of the electronics seem to be fine. I changed my keyfob battery and still same. I then removed the push start and tried to start manually, still the same.
Right when the ignition would normally kick in there is just a single click. Also, the clock does a full spin backwards and then forwards.
Any ideas for trouble shooting? Just a weak battery?
THanks

It sure sounds like your car battery. Are you on factory warranty ? If so, call your road side assistance and have your battery replaced.
Good luck.

When the clock starts doing that - most likely a sign of a dead battery (or dying). There is sometimes the AUX battery as well, check them and replace main AGM battery if need be. You could try to charge the one you have and then once it cranks up, put a voltmeter on the battery and see if you're 13 or 14V... indicating alternator is charging. If it's 12V and decaying, then alternator is shot (which usually should be charging your battery).

Great guys, thanks for the help.
I ended up jumping the battery and it worked fine...
Not sure if I somehow hit my ignition button again by accident (therefore leaving the lights on or something)... or perhaps it's my giant subwoofer. I can't get around to replace battery today anyways so hopefully it has enough charge now.

I don't know if the giant subwoofer comment was a joke or not, but that could definately kill the battery. I'm thinking of getting the Ctek 4.3 charger so I can throw it on there once in awhile to keep the battery charged up.
