Low beams
On the straightaway, visibility was inadequate on both sides of the road. On curves, visibility was inadequate in all 4 tests.
Glare from the low beams was excessive on the straightaway.
High beams
On the straightaway, visibility was good on the right side of the road and fair on the left side. On curves, visibility was fair on the gradual left and gradual right curves and inadequate on the sharp left and sharp right curves.
High-beam assist compensates for some limitations of this vehicle's low beams on both left curves and on both right curves.
also cars without LED, highbeam assist, and curve assist scored lower...
if you filtered out the glare to others (doesnt affect your visibility) and filter out the c-class's with halogens and w/o highbeam assist and w/0 curve assist then it would of scored quite decently.
seems the cars equipped w/LED and the highbeam assist and curve addaptive lights met the standards (or came very close) on everything except low-beam visibility on straights (which in theory would be eliminated on a dark road anyways since highbeam assist would turn on highbeams)
in my e63s the lighting is better than any other car i have owned thus far
There must be an option to upgrade the wattage/lumens, even if labeled "for off road use only".

and there are dragstips to see how fast our cars go, but not lightstrips to see how far our lights go in a lighting contest

you might want to contact streetglow and see if they can build you a custom kit..... me, driven the car for a year and have yet to need more lighting..... but more power, yes

If the Germans can get this system in the US it seems to solve many issues. Great looking technology.
