Anyone have a vibration issue around 70-80mph?

So all my wheels are straight and balanced 100% (right rear wheel has a small bend in it but still balanced 100%) I also have brand new front Michelin pilot sport A/S tires and rears are matching Michelin with 60% thread remaining. I still get this annoying vibration that I feel over 65mph, anyone have a similar problem? It's a 2012 E63

No matter how balanced it is, you will feel that bend at 70+

100%.... huh? Would warped rotors cause vibration on highway or strictly when braking?

Rotors would not cause vibration your talking about. If you apply the brake and they vibrate it can be rotors. But for driving it's a bent wheel. Road force balancing can tell you if the wheel is straight or not.

Thanks guys, just wish I didn't have to spend $600 on a reman wheel. The front was bent too but real bad and I dropped $600 two weeks ago, these wheels kind of suck don't they? 19" 5 spoke. I might as well get 2 brand new rear tires too then with the new rear wheel

There's good wheel repair guys that can have your wheels true for $100 or less. I had mine done, including refinishing for that.

My main concern is if the tire/ wheel is my only cause of this

Your need to road force match it

I have done road force balance, new tires and was still getting the drone a slight vibration in my E350. I replaced the rotors and pads, and that was it. Warped rotors can absolutely have an affect on vibration. It was very slight at roughly 70+, so this could be the culprit. However, I'm sure since you know there are bends, this is more likely the case. Good luck!

That's also what I'm worried about is that rotors are crap and I think it's the brakes too. All these are such expensive trial and error, rotors are expensive. When I do come to a complete stop, the car will wobble a tad, which is coming from the rotor.

Yea, it was quite a bit cheaper to do the E350 rotors and pads. Actually less than half the cost of one E63 rotor. If it were me, I'd put up with the slight vibration until brake job time. But it's definitely a nuisance for sure. Good luck, hope you square things away.
