Consult your tuner, most recommend the 2014+ revised spark plugs by MB, some tuners tune for brisk type plugs. Your tune and your plugs should be consistent with each other.

Which OEM M157 E63 Sparkplug?

Does anyone know the difference between the OEM sparkplugs A0041596403 vs A0041598103 ? They are both for the E63 M157, seems the dealer sells the A0041598103 now. I was told the A0041596403 are only for Germany E63 M157 now and not USA models but are available in the USA online. Thanks.

?
I would bet that none of the tuners manufacture their plugs, if anything they do like the "high" flow pump, buy OEM and charge for the ink.
