Consult your tuner, most recommend the 2014+ revised spark plugs by MB, some tuners tune for brisk type plugs. Your tune and your plugs should be consistent with each other.

Which OEM M157 E63 Sparkplug?
Does anyone know the difference between the OEM sparkplugs A0041596403 vs A0041598103 ? They are both for the E63 M157, seems the dealer sells the A0041598103 now. I was told the A0041596403 are only for Germany E63 M157 now and not USA models

the correct plug is bosch ZR6SII3320.... i just installed a new set on my car ...stock is gapped at .70mm ( .028 in)... renntech recommended me to gap to .65mm (.026 in)
