lol no i didnt, i clearly stated that's what he runs on 93 oct! 126mph... and my point is thats generally what you can expect on street gas tune, rs7 is pretty much same as M157 on pump gas on the street

and it dries literally in less than an hour... if the track was wet they wouldnt of let him run,,, his point was humidity was high... but DA wasnt that bad with the cool temps (yeah 70 is cold for FL)moot point as if you look through the thread fastest pump gas you will find is 129 mph
buy hey, if you think you are going to buy an rs7 and slap a tune only on it and run around town making M157's and F10 M5s look slow then good luck

What would really improve the 60' times is some weight reduction...any thoughts on how to do that without sacrificing luxury/amenities?

Some of it has to do with the torque limitations too. This car is not much heavier than an E55 and there are many people here with less HP in those cars running way better 60 ft times.

Some of you will hate me for bumping this back from the dead, but I found it really interesting to read just now.
I wonder how the picture looks now, 2 years on from the last posts.
I must admit, from what my limited knowledge has shown me, M157s are still in the low 11s (on average) and at around 128mph.

Geat motor terrible transmission to get off the line with, even the built M157’s making 1000hp have a hard time running low 10’s (that white GAD built one it was AWD also). The trans just holds it back so it was time to move on, fun car once she gets going though!!

I was also talking about the RS3 years ago before it came out and what a monster it was gonna be once it was released, based on previous generation TTRS results.... anyone that knows me, knows i am an audi fanboy and can see from my post in 2017 after i sold my e63
im pretty much sold on the new audi RS3 after seeing the latest gen apr golf and iroz motorsports golf battling back and forth the past couple weekends, ultimatley pushing it to 9.5 @146 with full interior
once apr and iroz get to the RS3 it will be even faster especially on iroz bigger IMS850/1000 turbo kits (the 9.5 run was on their smaller IMS780 kit)
