Looking to buy your stock W212 E63 AMG Exhaust
Hi All,
While I was unable to step up to the big game and get an E63 AMG, I was able to obtain a CPO 2013 E550 sedan. I love the car, it's a total sleeper, but with that comes and obnoxiously quiet exhaust. I'd like to keep everything MB and am hoping to come across an E63 AMG exhaust from someone who upgraded. I know it's a long shot.
I also know it takes a bit of fabrication but it will be worth it for a bit more noise form the exhaust. If you come across one for sale let me know. I am in MA, right outside Boston, if that matters.
Thanks for any help!
Brian

It's a fairly easy job for any decent muffler shop. Delete the resonators, secondary cats and your car will rumble. If you wanted to take the extra step, you could also replace the rear mufflers with some performance Borla/magnaflow.

Honestly, in my head I am thinking that I may just mess around with a few things. Delete resonators, high flow secondary cats (don't want to get in trouble at inspection) and see what that does. Then maybe mess around with mufflers.
Coming from the domestic side of the house (I have a 1996 Impala SS and 1997 Camaro SS) I wasn't sure how those mufflers sounded with the MB cars. There's an amazing chambered exhaust for the Fbodies and was thinking of maybe grabbing those mufflers and trying them out.
Still would prefer that I can get an AMG exhaust

A bit off-topic: I wish there was more demand on stock E63 exhausts in EU I've recently installed Capristo exhaust on my E63s and it's bloody mission impossible to sell the stock exhaust, even though it just had 20,000 km on it.
