Made it home. I'll probably make a separate thread tomorrow about my EC Canada experience. It's worth having separate and not buried in here.
Long story short -- EC Canada (or EC in general) is seriously the best out there. I've ranted and raved about them for years but never actually went to a location. They went so far above and beyond, the car is amazing, and I'll lay it out tomorrow. It was snowing, then raining, and bad traffic on the way home so I'm pretty beat.

^I saw your post last night before the edit. So just in case:
All the badging and grill was either purchased in gloss black or painted in a paint booth.
As for the trim, I bought OEM pieces from MB for ~$800. Here are the part numbers:
2127250365
2127250465
2127350165
2127350265
2126901900
2126902000
New pieces come with the clips already inserted, too. It's as simple as unsnapping all the old trim and snapping in the new trim. No removing panels or anything like that.

Make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing install it. Mine took a little extra love and I actually ended up permanently fixing it to the trunk. You can do it more traditional ways but the edges might stick up slightly. I didn't want that so its down, for good.

My body shop will be installing the spoiler along with front lip. Let's see how it looks

Fantastic thread @PurpleheartAMG I have just joined the AMG fold after a lifetime of BMW M ownership and am trying to learn my way around what options are best to make my car 'mine'.
Don't think its been answered ? your grill, is it a replacement, painted or wrapped ? apologies if I have missed it somewhere.
Also given you are lowered and running a front lip do you find the lip grounding out anywhere on occasion ?
I imagine my roads will likely be worse than your own (N.Ireland) so curious
My plans at the moment are lowered & spacers which I do with all my cars and then to black out some of the chrome and badging
