I finally got my summer wheels/tires on, and this is the first run for my new BCForged wheels I ordered. I'm loving them!

Front: 265/35-19 on 19x9ET32

Rear: 305/30-19 on 19x10.5ET50

your running 27" tires, stock is like 25.9" , so the front will rub during turns
On the rear you are +30mm further out than stock, so ya, your going to rub a lot

Here is my old girl! Summer setup on currently:

Vossen VFF-2 (previous generation VFS2)
Front is 20x9 +32. 255/30/20 Michelin PS4S
Rear is 20x10.5 +42 295/25/20 Michelin PS4S

This setup is a little too aggressive for daily driving. After one summer I can say with the car being lowered on Renntech sport springs up front and the lowering module in the rear, it doesnt ride well enough for me. I recently switched the front tires to 265 from 255 and they rub slightly on the fenders, even after a lowered alignment, when going through high speed dips. On top of that, a 25 tire in the back is kinda painful over small cracks in the road, it handles it, but not to my liking. The stretch is perfect and the fender tuck when parked is beautiful, but not worth the ride quality sacrifice. I am thinking through a 19 inch setup with at least 30/35 sidewalls next as I love how the car looks when lowered.

I have the sisters to your wheels, same spec, but in black. I took them off the car for the same reason and had some BCForged made up in 19s. It's FANTASTIC to drive now. I can't believe people actually like 20s on these cars, but to each their own.

Time to sell my Vossens as they will never go back on this car.

@mweber88 Can you share the specs or photos with me? I am looking for inspiration for the next set currently. I want to do a beefier tire but it seems 265 on a 9 inch wheel is too much tread up front.

the specs of mine are exactly the same specs as listed above. I think Vossen has this spec setup for the 2014-2016 E63s and that's what they tell people to get.

20x9 ET32
20x10.5 ET42

The tires on mine were 255/30 in the front and 285/25 in the back. That's way too much stretch for me, not enough sidewall, rode like **** and didn't look good in my opinion. However, that's how I bought the car.

With the 19s I had made by BCForged, I have 265/35 on 9s up front, and 305/30 on 10.5 in the back. It's absolutely perfect. If you're going with 20s, I would look on Tirerack.com for all the tire specs and see what you want to put on there.

Here is the car with the Vossens before I bought it:

Here, you can see on the back wheel how much stretch there is (ewwww):

And here is the car with the BCForged I ordered:

Rear

Front

I hope this helps!

Looks great! I dig the look on the 19's. There isnt any rub at the front or back?

Yeah that stretch on the back is way too much. Even my 295 I feel is pushing it. Lots more sidewall to keep things comfier on the 19's. I am sure once I experience it again itll be hard to say no to 19's.

Thank you for sharing all the photos!

Thanks!!! I'm super pleased with them.

There is no rub at all front or back with the 19s. Specs of the 19s:

Front: 19x9ET32 Tire size 265/35
Rear: 19x10.5ET50 Tire size 305/30

I had an issue with the inner fender liner on the right rear around the fuel fill tube. It was a bit close to the tire and probably would have rubbed, but I loosened all the liner screws, pushed the liner to give more clearance, and tightened the screws back up. No rub. In the other three corners, with those specs, it's not even close to rubbing.

Enjoy!
Mike

Thank you for posting and verifying (for me) that 295/25s on a 10.5 fit the rear without rubbing at ET42.
Your post also re-confirms that 265s are still too wide up front
I am glad I decided against 20s when I specd out my BCForged. I always thought 25 series tires are way too low.

Was thinking about Zito ZF01 20x9.5 ET32 to my W212 E220, all around, do you guys think that it will fit? Thinking also 235/35-20 tires.

I'm thinking of doing this color on the oem amg wheels, what do you guys think ?

https://www.klassenid.com/wheel-coll...d-rose-gold-4/

I have a silver e63s and I think it goes well with the color.
This shop will complete the transformation https://crowncustoms.net/

Personally, rose gold looks awful on a silver car. IMO that color wheel would only sometimes works on a white vehicle and with wheels with thin spokes. It won't work with the OEM wheels.

This pic I'm lowered with H&R springs up front and links in the rear. But now its back at factory height which I prefer since the ride quality is much better.
Will this setup fit E220CDI 2011? Was thinking of if the AMG has bigger wheel gap(?)

'15 E63 Wagon

Finally got the new BBS LMs dialed. Brushed champagne faces, brushed clear barrels.

Final specs:
F: 20 x 9 et 26, running Conti Extreme Contact Sport 02s in 255/35/20
R: 20 x 10.5 et 39 in 295/30/20
Lowered on KW HAS

no rubbing whatsoever in either Sport or Sport+ suspension modes (pics are in Sport), even at full lock.

Very pleased with the result. Shoutout to Ron at @AR_motorwerkz for all his help and patience and @SouthSideE63S for his help, too.

LOVE this look!

I absolutey love the 20" look, BUT, the ride quality is the only thing holding me back right now...

Question: How harsh is the ride compared to stock? 20" wheels with a 30 profile tire seems like it might be a very harsh ride...no?
