Alright guys...how much is to much for a 2016 E63 wagon, CPO'ed with 22k miles. 116k original MSRP. Great shape.
Just trying to get some general feedback from guys who have purchased recently. Thanks!

But frankly, if it's the RIGHT color and option combo for YOU, pay up to $75 or even higher for it. These are rare enough that if you don't jump on the one that is close to what you want, you will be searching for a very, very longtime.

Depending on specs and color, that is a really fine example. I'd say $65-70k.

Does anyone have an opinion on this vehicle:

What is a fair price for this? It has had minor front and rear damage but wasn’t in an accident. I’m in Denver.
Thanks,
Ryan

2005 W211 E 500 Wagon here. Just passed over 100k miles last week, running strong! One leaky airbag, but previous owner did one change of them before I got it so I’m set for a bit I think. Probably swapping to coil once it comes time.

Also considering this vehicle if anyone would like to contrast it to the one above.

Can anyone one help with opinions on a fair price, what the carfax incident could be, or if there are any comparable vehicles available?
Thanks,
Ryan

I think you should get on an airplane to SNA.
I spent 7 months looking everyday nationwide for my wagon and ended up buying it sight unseen from three quick cell photos from MB Portland. Had I not I would have missed it and regretted it like the one I missed before.
Ironically mine was delivered to MB Laguna Niguel originally and I live an hour from there, yet I had to fly to Portland for it.

This 2006 E350 is my 1st Benz and I am now converted! Best car I have owned, plus the wagons are extremely cool.
Mercedes made a color called "Tobacco Brown" between 1963-1973.
The original owner of my car had custom ordered it directly from Germany and had them go in the "vaults" to find some of this 50 year old paint.
It is truly a "one of a kind"....
I have had it 2 years and it is perfect!

Bumping this as I’m seriously considering purchasing this vehicle. My aunt stopped by the dealer and said the car looks very nice, they have it in the showroom.

No wonder it was priced so reasonably. MB Laguna is known as one of the most unreasonable/overpriced dealers in SoCal. The price is "OK" for Laguna, but the mileage is 200% higher than I'd like, especially cause there's no CPO on this, probably because of the damages on carfax. IMO, this is a 50K car, not anymore than that. G'luck negotiating w/ MB Laguna.

Opinions?

I had a lot of communication yesterday with a salesman about this. I was ready to try and get a deal done until the salesman sent me some additional photos of blemishes and I became immediately hesitant. I wonder if my condition expectations are too high for a used car? Can post pics if there is interest.

I haven't bought a used car in 10 years so I'm a little out of the mindset I appreciate the response, thank you.

Those are all minor issues, all to be expected on a used vehicle. A good detailer can make the exterior look almost new and likely buff out much of the scratches. The interior is in surprisingly good condition considering the color. If you're really bothered by what you see a new E63S might be what you should be looking at.

I think the exterior is ok-ish. It's a little bit rougher than I would expect so I might get a quote for paint correction and ask them to pay for that. The interior is a bit more concerning. It looks like maybe there was a car seat in it for a long time and kids roughed up the back.
If it were me, I'd probably skip because the interior would probably nag at me and it's not trivial to fix, even knowing I might have to wait a long time before another good one popped up. Ultimately, it comes down to how badly you want one now and what your sensitivity is for these aesthetic/non-functional issues.

What do you all think is a price I should be targeting? I also asked the salesman to quote me all-seasons or snows as the Pirellis aren’t adequate to drive back to Denver. I’d bring the Pirellis home with me.
Thanks,
Ryan

I think their price is fair for a CPO of that MY and miles. Try getting a grand off to compensate you for paint correction/exterior coating. Another tack you can try is getting them to throw in new set of tires for free in lieu of a discount.
