Are there any details on the alleged pure turbo engine failures? Starting to hear some rumblings here in NJ that one if not two engines recently had issues. Is this urban legend and chest pounding, or is there meat on the bone to the whispers in back alley's?

I just sent my trans into a local reputable place to perform my AMS Clutch upgrade coverting from Dp's and a Tune to W4 turbo upgrade. The shop informed me that i have twisted my output shaft and it needs replacement. I hope this clutch upgrade is worth the time and money over the stock trans.

All I see so far is how PT fails but good customer service.
Out shaft on E63 ? No way ! That Benz life though lol . Doing REM treatment lately , to prevent that kind of headaches .

If you are making serious power even upgraded MCT clutches will give up eventually when you do a lot of drag racing. It could end up becoming routine maintenance to replace your clutch packs.
