one thing that make the E cooler is that everyone expects the Cat to be fast. Most people have no idea what the E is so when they see how fast it is they **** their pants

This is how it was , no kidding , I bought the E for W4 and waited 1.5 years , Weistec start shipping the kits last week . This is crazy . I said I'm not going with hybrid turbo any more , they ****

hybrid turbos are crap. I have seen the same thing in the ecoboost world. Anyone who thinks they can rebuild a turbo and make it reliable as factory is on crack. Again I agree with your move to the h cat

But if starting from lower speed, like below 100 doesn't the tuned E have much more torque than stock HC? I would assume here E will take it pretty good.

the best bet is to run from a dig. Or a 20-30 roll from 60 on its the hellcats advantage. Then again you catch one off gaurd and there is no catching up for him 😉

In mph, I meant from below 60, like a 20-40mph roll, I think tuned E will win with its huge torque advantage. I think from 60+ it's only about the whp and wtq not in play, right? So with both at about 640whp it should be fairly close race.

yea lol I'm talking in km/h and your talking mph so it confusing.

Charger SRT 392 was useless in the first gear when I test drove it. I can't imagine turning and accelerating HC from a stop while merging into traffic.
Unfortunately most of the people around my area that drive these are complete D bags and automatically think that they are the fastest thing on the road in their 700HP oil tanker.
That said, your HC looks good in white and Alpina is a fine addition.

you very wrong in numbers , I'm tracking 30–40 cars , tune only 7.2–7.4 , my own was 6.8 with valve body upgrade in better condition than HC was . 6.3 it's Ramon Performance BS from IG , real world slower .

Actually, you said with valve body that you did it in 6.6, and a few others already said 6.8s and lower with DP as well.

I did 6.8 in lower outside temp well lower , that makes me think they should be the same . -1C MB , +18 HC

And what about your 6.6s run? you said tune only with valve upgrade your E did that, stock turbos. Please dont say that was weistec lol
So in higher temp sounds like both are around 7.0 mark so about the same.
How much does catless DP improve 100-200 time for the E?

DP I cant tell since I went turbo right away .
It'll take me 2 hours to add another 100 whp to the HK though and $2k

I wonder how tuned f10 m5 will run against the HC? Supposedly they do better than E from the rolls...
