Anyone else running 20" wheels on their E63??
So I've got one tire store telling me they won't put on the Vossen recommended tires due to load issues. The 20" wheels I purchased suggested tires sizes of 245/30/20 (f) and 285/25/20 (r). Since this size is a RARE size there apparently isn't a tire made out there which carries MB recommended load specs. Michelin SS and Pirelli Nero GT are the two brands I'm looking at.
Anyone have any issues with running these size tires? Blow outs?
I'd love to hear some feedback.

I assume you're running the stock 19" right now? My 2014 is at the shop right now and they're trying to figure it out. I'm guessing you'll also have the same 'load' issues as well if that's a concern.

Yes. I am on the stock 19's.... The Michelin SS and Pirelli Nero GT have XL load ratings for the 255/285 combo maybe the 245's don't? The Toyos I have are RF. Reinforced (RF) and extra load (XL) nomenclature may be used interchangeably to designate heavy-duty tires.

I installed the 255/35/20 on the front and having rubbing issues... did you do something differently to make them fit? MB recommends a tire load of 96 for the fronts and 98 for the rear. Most of these tires have a 90-93 depending on the size.

Nah, I ran 255/35/20 and 295/25/20 Hankooks on my E350 for 4 years with zero issues. No rubbing at all with normal driving, a tiny bit on the driver side only with full locked turn like mentioned above. No blow outs.. in fact, I didn't pay attention to a small bubble in the inner rear tire and god only knows how long that was there..

I would absolutely not run a 245/30 285/25. setup. At least with my wheel width and offset, it looked totally ridiculous. The shop had to put 107psi to make the tire sit. 20x9.5 front and 10.5 rear. 38/45et offset respectively. I now run a 265/30 up front and a 285/30 rear . Would like to go to a 295 if possible.
This pic is the 285/25 on the 10.5 wheel. Looks completely stupid in my opinion. I hated it. Could not wait to get that tire off

They are correct, and to be honest you found one of the good tire shops that actually pay attention to details instead of a sale.
That said, I run a 20" setup with same load rating as factory in the rear, and a slightly less load rating up front.
However if you aren't tracking your car, braking VERY hard or taking sharp corners at absolute max speed you have nothing to worry about.
