S Versus S+ Observation
Hey Guys,
I just noticed a couple of days ago that when I am in park and turn the knob from S to S+ my RPM jumps up about 300. I do not recall ever seeing this in my 2011. Is this normal and I just never noticed? I can see how this might make it a bit sportier off the line I guess. Just making sure something weird isn't going on. Basically idle RPM in S is close to 600 and it jumps to 900 in S+.

Cold start:
once the engine start chaos calmed down and we were at normal idle, I engaged drive, foot on brake went from C to S, no rpm change.
then went from S to S+ while foot still on brake and still in drive, I got a 300-500 rpm increase that was steady; went back to S it dropped to normal idle then tried S+ again and it didn't bump the revs anymore

Good News is I just got back round 3 from AMS. The bad news is that I can't put it in BECAUSE SOME AHOLE REAR ENDED MY BEAUTIFUL EVA2 SATURDAY! Separate thread coming on this. Ugh

Good point Peter. My AMS ECU was at AMS for a bit while I noticed this on my stock ECU. For some reason though I thought I remembered it doing it on the tuned one also.
