Is the alternator pulley in this kit slightly oversized to compliment your harmonic balancer? I haven't seen any details either way on this.

These are OEM size pulleys.
Eventually the OEM plastic ones will fail due to the heat in the engine bay.
This kit does not include / replace the alternator pulley.
