Race start is simple to engage on the newer Vehicles versus w212. Also race start launches harder on the newer vehicles. On the track I've seen them get low 1.7 consistently versus our mid-to-high 1.8 with RS.

It may be awd vs rwd thing as counterintuitive as that sounds. I've done over 50 race starts always high or mid 1.8 with 4matic. My friend in his unmodified 2018 E63 got 1.71 using michelin alpin winter tires in October 6, ~40F. No burnout no drama no tire spin. 11.19 at 124. The new 4matic is better, new rs is better at least for the all-wheel drive and new transmission probably better.

I've toasted Mustangs......only to have them catch me several lights down. Kid rolls down the window and ask, "what kinda car is that?" A fast one is always my response!!! A large majority of people have no clue what an E63S is or can do.

I get some randoms but more often I come across the douchebag that camps in the passing lane and tries to pace the cars next to him. I love to jump around when they think there’s no way any car would be fast enough to get around then watch them blow their top because I got by. Never will understand the insecurities that causes people to behave that way.
