Vdub - so you're on original front rotors and did new pads at 40k miles? nice. you recall what your rotor spec was when you put new pads on at 40k? I recall reading somewhere that the MB spec for our front rotors was 24-26mm to be safe to continue using them. I need to get mine measured... was told they were low per MB dealer, but if low means i can get 10k more miles out of them then i am find to do that since i only drive about 5k miles per year.

Rotor minimum thickness spec is stamped on the rotor. MB says the service limit is .5mm above the stamped minimum
