Still have this junk sitting in a pile unused
completely a poorly designed trash product.
Buyer beware.
and to reiterate, they are absolutely not telling the truth if they say they will help, solve, or diagnose with any correctness. They never answered me, reached out, offered to correct, didn’t ship on time and they were rude.
A continued example of broker resellers with poor service. Do your research on this company and their “service”.
This is the type of company that makes me waste my time writing to save others from a poor experience. Plenty of resellers selling the same products, shop around. No need to support them when so many others will work for their paychecks.
and if you need any pics of the pile of junk and the issues, pm me.

I don't install junk parts. See my posts in the PLM group buy thread if you want to see my tolerance for junk.
What you see is exactly what you get.

And what you get may not work across
All engines or model years.
pictures of the incompatibility are on this site. Picture of the deformation on the printed parts are on this site. Pictures of the problems are on this site.
so while it may work for you it will not work for everyone AND WHEN you have a problem you will get no support, unless of course you are a sponsored shill, which I am not alleging.
this is only about vrp and their junk, please take no offense unless you work for and are speaking on their behalf. I would expect you to be clear about that, which I do believe you are by saying you paid retail.
you can be a happy customer while I am not. I am just educating the public of an outcome different than yours with the ability to provide data, measurements and pictures.
so, please feel free not to argue with my post unless you have data suggesting the item I received being sold for my car fits without issue and that vrp tried to fix the problem.

I've purchased more than a few parts for this car and a few others with little issue.
I've also had ZERO issue getting help and support, such as install instructions, if I asked for it. Hell, I got a response at 6 am his time on a Saturday. SATURDAY!! Let that sink in for a second, and also let it sink in I was not expecting a response or support until Monday. Between his email and pm via social media, he is easily accessible and actively responds.
Besides him using my picture, which I allowed after tagging him in it, he doesn't know me nor am I sponsored by ANYONE.
As for educating the masses, other than ranting you're not showing us anything other than a wall of words without proof of bad quality. My pic has a couple of those printed parts. So is your issue with the pics on his site or with actual parts in your possession? Have you actually, and clearly, communicated your issue with VRP?

Also VRP please produce a set of intakes for this platform at a fair market price , I can’t stand how my friends with 205 C63s picked up carbon fiber sets for the same price as black boost is selling there’s . This engine has been out since 2012 that’s nearly 9 years now and we have two companies to only choose from .

We manufacture these in house. So you cant get them anywhere else..
We have sold exactly 71 M278 tube sets, and 23 M156 kits. Out of 84 kits I have you and maybe 2 other people that ordered for the wrong model having issues.
Send us another email Im happy to help you figure it out.

Here is a post in another thread involving baltistyle and another rebuttal from a customer that had no issues. Still willing to help you work through your issue. (given than you have a 13 wagon, which is an S212 and is not listed in the compatibility list)

EVERYONE be careful as these tubes are very poorly designed and the sellers will disappear if you claim an issue, then they will stalk your posts trying to discredit you. If anyone would like pics of the crap they sold me, pm me and Ill save you the money. A slightly more attractive engine bay is not worth the harm VRP will cause to your car with poorly fitting and meltable products.

These pipes have been the same since 8/5/19 nothing has changed.
Also you resold your pipes... "so you sold someone melted crap?"
Here is a link to the material properties of onyx. https://markforged.com/materials/plastics/onyx

Hello, so I'm running into an issue when installing the intake tubes, the drivers side intake scoop is hitting the AC charge port, the passenger side fits fine. Anyone else run into this. Any guidance would be awesome. . My car is a 2017 E550 Coupe.
Below is the Factory intake tube.

Very interesting read. Recently, I had installed some aftermarket motor mounts with shall we say...."less than stellar" results? The issue and cause of failure of the fancy motor mounts was heat...more so, heat "soak" after a long drive the materials were unable to cool down and effectively melted the silicone in the mounts. I can see the exact same issue here as the caloric value of the Al is far higher than that of the cloth material in the OE tubes.
