Thanks so much for the quick response. I found 115Nm referenced in another post from a few years back, glad to see the official 130Nm value here!
I realize now that while I have the valve cover bolt tightening sequence and torque values, I don't have the sealant path pdf...do you have that one as well?
Now I owe you beers...but HOU is a bit out of range from KY. THANK YOU

Thank you, and hmm...those are the docs I have already...see where it says "Notes on sealant path for cylinder head cover AH01.30-P-1000-08MM" ? I was wondering if there is a document it is referring to here? I have such a sealant path doc for the front cam covers, but not for the valve covers. I can mostly follow where I have residue, but...

Hey guys, figured id post the most up to date maintenance documents and repair procedures according to Mercedes Benz direct from the factory dealer WIS. WIS is what the techs use at the dealer and how benz wants these cars repaired, its a factory service manual in short.
These are good for 14-16 E63 S 4matics, but most will be good for early E63 M157 aswell!
I will add more if i think it may be helpful to the community.

can I find diagram or any thing about engine air system,, all tubes,vacuums , sensors,etc
my car may have an AIR LEAK pin the engine air system ((cls 63 2012)) 🧐🧐🧐
