Dropped it today and my dealer says everything look good - Of course no squeaking today. I'm still arguing with them about the pictures above for the control arms and how can they be stained like this. Anyone has any ideas?
Also they said the sway bar is fine also. So I called MBUSA customer support to complain, they opened a case emailed the dealer, cc'ed me, than closed the case after the email. Whatever that suppose to do.

They don't give two chits. Had a dealer try to swindle me on the AC funk smell issue, wanted to charge me for disinfectant spray and new filter. When I showed them the class action settlement terms where this was supposed to be covered by MB they claimed no knowledge of it and even blamed poor training materials.
Sent a complaint to MBUSA nothing ever happened. You'd think a court order would be taken seriously...

Well here's the update. They didn't find an issue with the lower control arms but rather found failures in the upper control arms. Invoice notes "torque arm" but part # references upper CA.
Well....Still have 5 months into the CPO...Noise barely ever consistent to show it to the dealer...I give up at the moment till the noise is constant for the dealer to put his finger on it.
Just received Command update to 6.80, and increased tire pressure to 38 on all tires...any possible way that this update may have adjustment on the suspension to make it soft?
