Question about two similar cars
I have my eye on two e63 wagons.
One has the P30 package and 97k miles for $38k
One does not have the package and 67k miles for $42k
Is the $4k price worth the loss of the P30 and the 30k less miles?
I'm behind enemy lines so as much as I would LOVE to put a huge tune on the car, this state frown upon that.

Why would your State frown upon a tune? Better yet, how would they know you're tuned?
There are many out there that will pass emissions without any issues and pass visual inspection as well.
Without these two items, how would they know?
Are both cars the same year?

Assuming the years and options (besides the P30) are the same, I would go with the lower mileage one. 30K+ miles is pretty significant with these AMGs and alot of things can go wrong during that time. With a tune, your non-P30 wagon will have more power than one with it and yet have significantly less miles to show off. Lower miles will help with resale value too.
