I think the list is not a bad start, but as others have mentioned, it should be more exhaustive. Even if the mod adds no power/speed, or even takes away speed, it should be included (near the bottom of the list) so that people have an idea of what they are getting for their dollar. I think someone mentioned intakes in this thread, that is a good one to add. Same with removed resonators/mufflers, since that seems to be a popular mod. IDK what else.

I purposefully left intakes off the list previously because within our test group we collectively didn't see any tangible real world benefit to the offerings available as alternates to stock. With the recent availability of the Black Boost Intake however we are suddenly seeing real world benefit with tangible and impressive gains on the street. People are seeing 0.5 second improvements in 60-130 with just the addition of the BB Intake. Maybe it's time to revisit the list as advances in the platform have been made.

I agree on a more comprehensive list idea. Advances continue to accrue to my pleasant surprise meaning plenty of the platform potential still remains. Truth is that the W212 modding is a very small niche for many reasons. We have to live with slower pace, higher costs, and rely on enthusiast community contributions. Fortunately there are many in this forum.

Regarding the BB intake, I would like to qualify its benefit. It seems that the amount of benefit correlates with other mods like the Ethanol tune. This can be an important consideration. It would be great to confirm. I also very much liked practical observations with the product and plan to add my own.

Regarding the exhaust mods, this appears to benefit more aggressive Stage 2+ tunes that send more temp, flame, volume downstream. Exhaust restriction (shape, section, cats, resonator) begins playing a notable role with M157 when boost is raised. Until then, exhaust mods (bridge pipes, catless downpipes, resonator delete) are primarily non-performance aesthetics like sound and smell, and may create a problem with O2 sensors/errors and emissions. It would be great to confirm.
