I was wringing my hands every time it went into the dealer, so the tune had to go.
Car is is almost sorted and my confidence is building. I still need to get the transmission "fixed" and I'm not convinced yet a TCU tune will do it. The car sometimes struggles with 3-4 WOT shifts, it feels like a power cutout or 1-2 second delay in shifting. When it happens it's really bad. I could be wrong, but, don't want any tunes until the dealer has fixed, or, warranty has run out.

So I went home.

11.5 not happening this year.

That's the plan.
In spring I hope new tires knock the personal best of 11.67 down to 11.5x but if not that's ok. Maybe 11.6 is all it has in it. We will see.
My warranty runs out next year, after which I plan on a TCU tune to see how fast these things can go "stock".

I finally made it back to the track! Holy moly two years. I added downpipes, Black Boost Intakes, TCU and ECU tunes and was all excited for a huge improvement. Unfortunately I only made one run as the car was slow and not running right. IAT's hit 102C - that's 215F! So the day was aborted until that gets solved. Car is down 5mph from stock. Whoops.

Still beat a new Stingray!
