First post, first German car. Picked up a private owned ‘14 E63S with 2,100 miles. No I’m not missing a zero! Still waiting to be able to register it so I haven’t driven it all that much, but I can already tell I’m gonna love this car.
Steel gray with Platinum white designo interior, AMG night styling, comfort box, rear shades, pano roof, driver and park assist to sum up the options.

Congrats! That's the car I wanted, same exterior color but I have the black interior. My E550 had the white interior and it helped big time in summer.

Yeah I don’t get it either. Either way it’s great for the second owners because there will always be those crazy people that buy a car and preserve it.... only to end up selling it eventually 🤷🏼♂️
Using the steering wheel and going over to settings, you can exchange the brightness and color of the interior ambient light. I believe that is polar, there's also solar which is more of an amber color and natural which is white.

Yeah, we were messing around with it the other day. Most of us have black interiors, so the lighting is pretty dull against it. James's is interior is white, and the light really pops off of it. That picture is a little bit overexposed, it's not quite that bright.

yeah like Kenney said it’s because it’s up against the “platinum” white leather which makes it brighter looking. These pictures are a little more accurate to its true color.

I love the blue, which is the color I am using on my car's interior. It annoys me to no end that they didn't have all of the lights change color (Like what is shown in the picture for the seat adjustment buttons).

I have that same gray exterior color I think it’s called Tenorite gray? Mine is a 2015 and still love the color!
And i have those same WeatherTech rubber car mats which are fantastic!
my window sticker just calls the color “Steel Gray”.
Mine is Selenite grey metallic, so I guess grey was a hot option that model year. Yours is a little darker maybe a hint of blue which I think looks great.
