AAA Roadside Assistance ruined my Bumper!
Just needed it towed 3 miles to get a replacement which wasn't able to be delivered until 10/19.
Went to pick up my car and look at the damage

be made right but clearly this is the new frustration in your world that you have to deal with that was totally avoidable and unnecessary
several parts needs replacement including even the bumper cover as I suspect the clips will
be broken thanks to this tool bag; do you file a claim with AAA or Yur own insurance to go after them
how did he tow it? Flatbed? Winched it on the bed?
or old school tow?

He towed it on the flatbed, not sure if it was winched down or not.
Been there, done that. I also have a AAA and they once towed my 1991 964 Turbo and damaged the Kinesis wheel and of course they didn't do that. One incident was enough and ever since I have always stayed with the towing guy from loading to un loading the car until I came across this guy who's fantastic and is a car enthusiast himself too
I recently had my E55 towed to a mechanic and when he pulled into my driveway, asked me if I had some wood boards he can use. He wanted to put them underneath the inclined tow bed edge where it didn't damage the concrete, wow now that's something I never thought about LOL
I have his number and before calling AAA, I always check his availability other wise I just wait until he's available.

It would be a good idea to take pictures of the car prior to being towed away especially the wheels. I would also tell the towing company the responsible person for receiving the car would the SA and he can conform any damage if it happened during the towing
Just reminds me how important walk around inspections are pre and post anybody taking over control of your car
The local benz dealership does this and it's probably saved them lots of claims and perhaps even helped customers with legit claims
