E63 wagon rear shocks replacement pn#'s

OK so I'm needing to replace my rear shocks and I cannot find them for sale except used. I did see some shocks on ebay that says fits my part number. I was wondering if anyone else has used these shocks from ebay for their wagon and do they fit? Oem pn#'s 2183202230, 2183202130. Ebay link. https://www.ebay.com/itm/144573886291?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=4t5j4hvithi&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=U9T3hD7PQr m&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your part #'s are correct but the ebay listing incorrectly says it's an application for our cars. They are not. The correct shock has a second vertical short cylinder attached to the horizontal cylinder where the air compressor line goes. It is because our rear suspension is "semi-active".

So i guess my question really is will the ones that are sale on ebay, that the picture doesnt look like the ones on my wagon, will they fit like they say they do.

I don't know, but my guess is that the shock itself will physically fit but you may have a different connection for the air compressor and you may also get dashboard error messages...best case is they fit, the air line fits and they work with no error codes but you are still giving up "semi-active" rear suspension for sure.

Here is a picture of the correct shock, compare it to the e-bay listing you are interested in...

yes i saw the difference but just was wondering if anyone has tried to put on the other different looking ones to fit on a wagon. i need 2 new rear shocks and it looks like its going to cost me a minimum of $1500 for 2 new rear shocks. the only other option is buying used at a lower price of $600 for 2. im just so frustrated with this car, only had it for a year and ive already spent about $8k in repairs. turbo coolant lines, radiator, lower control arm, aux battery, and plugs and coils. just tired to taking it to the mechanic and want to drive it with no problems.

I hear you! I'm in a similar situation with one failed rear shock on my 2014. There are plenty of aftermarket solutions for w212 e class with air suspension, but nothing for 2014-2016 e63amg except factory or salvage...I luckily found a decent used one and installed it today and it seems like my rattle is gone.....
