Highest Mileage E63 I have ever seen for sale in CA
wanted to post this since all the recent threads have been scaring the hell out of me. A little ray of sunshine to brighten yall's day. Nice to know there are some really high mileage examples out there.

230k miles for a 2014 is not insane for a "regular" car, but it is a ton for an E63. Highest W212 I have heard of for sure (of course, there is that 450k mile one in PA - but not a 212). I have been adding mileage on mine, but had no idea what the highest mileage was - now I have a goal! hahahaha
25k miles per year pace - I'm assuming a lot of it was highway. What a great car for highway miles!

You can find plenty of high mileage M278 cars and I would presume that any M157 car, particularly one not driven to an inch of its life every mile, could accumulate just as many miles without catastrophe. Of course, there are a number of things that can end the life of the engine and they either didn't happen to this guy, he caught them early or they happened and all issues (including the really bad ones) were fixed and the car was put back in the road. I understand at some mileage a new engine is going to be too rich for someone as a repair, but there's no saying something bad didn't happen at 130k. If there is a VIN there is a way to get history for free.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I mean..... not sayin but I'm sayin ... but who's in a market for any car with 200k+ miles let alone a high maintenance drama queen amg... and likely overpriced at $28,000??? It could need a new engine and trans like ... today.

Cylinder head replacement on 2/28/19 at 111k miles. Transmission R&R AGAIN.
It's almost like that thing I said...
"Transaxle overhauled" on 4/30/19 @ 116k
left axle replaced
Oil pan replaced
Engine mounts on 4/22/20 @ 156k
Radiator on 5/14/20 @ 158k
New wheel(s)
Water pump on 9/23/21 @ 214k!! Original????
A/C compressor on 11/1/21 @ 219k
I don't have anything after that. Overall, I'd say this is actually pretty good history and it could well be on the original engine (minus the cylinder head thing).

OR
Replacing the whole wiring harness I would still call this very much a win
All of the things listed even tho expensive do not come close to issues we are scared about the most and their relative costs
