W212 - 360 Camera calibration question
Im in the process of taking off the front bumper on my car, the car is equipped with the 360 camera so it has a camera upfront.
Ive done some research regarding this subject but haven't found a definitive answer so here i go.
I want to pull the car out of the garage while the front bumper is de-attached to pressure wash it. Since i will have to turn the ignition ON while the camera and parking sensors are disconnected, will i have to perform a camera recalibration or issues with the parking sensors once i reconnect everything back together?
It’s a 2015 E63, i believe NTG4.7, not sure if it’s relevant.
Dealer quoted 250$ to 500$ for a 360 calibration which is not bad but i rather avoid the dealers as much as possible.
Thanks in advance

If you power up the chassis with inputs disconnected, granted some modules are going to fault defective sensors.
There's a chance everything will wake up later as if nothing happen -Or the sensors will need to be reinitialized.... your $700 question!
I would sponge the parts you want clean: exposed bumpers connectors are only waterproof, not watertight. Silicone them as you encounter them.
TIP:
While bumper is off... easily cleanup the Distronic front radar cover. It's inner side gets dirty with road projections.

Makes sense, i should first acquire Xentry before attempting something like that.
