Need Help With a Blank screen
hey fellas I'm new here was trying to get some help because I'm all out of ideas at this point.
last night i went for my nightly run and when i got back into my car 16 w212 the screen was black and i had no sound coming out of the speakers also. i also noticed i no longer can connect to the Bluetooth and my usb ports in the center console are not working either. I've checked all the fuses in both areas and checked 11, 26 like most people recommend but no success. also had my battery tested to see if maybe it was a possible low voltage issue but that test passed also. Not sure what else it can be at this point I've searched online but have not find an issue quite like mine most say their radio still works but mine still illuminates when the lights are on but nothing coming out of it. I have no backup camera either its completely black even when i reverse not sure what it can be any input is greatly appreciated so i can try and figure this out.

Try a hard reset;
hold down cd eject button at least 10 seconds
OR
Pull the battery for 30 minutes then reconnect and restart the car
otherwise you may have a bad comand unit
I know you load tested the battery but how old is it?

tried the cd eject no success also tried the battery wasn't exactly 30 mins but close to 27 and still not working guess it is the command unit where is that located and is it something i have to have dealership program?

I am pretty much convinced this Mitsubishi COMAND is plagued by a firmware bug, NOT a hardware defect. Hw is built honest top Japanese grade as I inspected it.
Interact with NTG livestream to see what's busted in MOST fiber-ring. One bad node and nothing networks through.... amazingly unreliable logic.
